All classes are open to members as part of a monthly membership. (£3 extra per Yoga class)

Non-members prices:

£4 for classes (must be aged 14+)

£6 for drop in Adult Conditioning

£5 for Yoga

£3 for Kids Bootcamp, (4 classes for £10 if pre-booked)

£40 for Functional Movement Screen (must be prebooked)

Personal Training from £20 (must be prebooked)
