Each individual has different needs. At MP Health, we believe it’s essential that your fitness routine works for your fitness level, ability and lifestyle. We work with you at a personal level; provide tailored programmes, help you set realistic and achievable goals and encourage you to become a stronger, healthier and fitter version of you. Unlike most gyms we support you on your journey by providing instruction and supervision throughout your sessions, it really is as simple as just turning up!

Our centre is a large 8,000 sq ft facility with around half used for movement/warm ups and the other half a dedicated weights area. We provide a range of equipment used to improve functional movement including kettlebells, olympic bars, lifting platforms, weight racks and suspension trainers as well as high intensity equipment including indoor bikes, sledges and battle ropes. With an excellent range of equipment, we promise you’ll find stimulating exercises that you love.

Our experienced team encourage you to work to your limit to ensure you see the results you desire, however we always put your well-being first to reduce risk injury and most importantly make sure you enjoy your fitness experience!
