Sports Performance

At MP Health we have vast experience in supporting athletes, both budding and elite, to improve their sporting performance. Our up to date knowledge in Sports Science, Strength & Conditioning for sport, Sports Psychology and Sports Nutrition allow us to ensure athletes are training smart, fueling for activity and maximising their performance. We work with adult and youth athletes to improve their confidence, knowledge and ability and also provide sessions 1-1 if required. Over the years we have helped numerous athletes achieve national and international success.

Staff are qualified in Sports Science, Strength & Conditioning,  Functional movement, Governing body for sport, Personal training, group exercise and NLP Sports Practitioner trained. Our coaches also hold a range of experience of competing both at the top level and recreationally in various sport as well as ex-military experience.

Our unique approach and environment supports athletes to really feel part of something using their own achievements as a platform to inspire others to achieve success, this is the place to be if you want to reach your goals.
